Patrick graduated from the University of California, San Diego. He has held various roles in technology companies and
financial institutions, including the position of Chief Financial Officer for a public company. He specializes in auditing,
assurance, and capital transactions. Patrick is a licensed CPA in the USA, Hong Kong and Australia, and a CA in Canada.
Brian Ip
Partner
Brian graduated from the University of California, Davis with a degree in Economics. and is pursing his MBA at The
Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is an expert in audit and assurance, IPOs, M&As, financial due diligence, and
corporate restructuring. Brian is a licensed CPA in the USA and Hong Kong.
Pasco Tsang
Partner
Pasco graduated from the University of Kansas with Master degree in Accounting and Information Systems. He has held
various sales and finance roles in the USA and Asia, including the position of Chief Financial Officer at public company
prior to joining the Firm. His area of focus is on advising on IPOs, RTOs, M&As, and auditing and assurance engagement
for public companies. Pasco is a licensed CPA in the USA.
Elaine Wong
Partner
Elaine graduated from California State University, Hayward, majoring in accounting and international marketing. She has
over 30 years of public accounting experience. She previously was visit lecturer at Lincoln University in San Francisco.
Elaine is a licensed CPA in the USA and is a member of HKICPA.
Victor Sun
Partner
Victor graduated from Cal State University, Dominguez Hills with a degree in business administration. He also holds a
Masters Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and has also completed a Management Accounting Course
University of Illinois, Urbana. He has over 30 years of public accounting experience and he focuses on serving the Firm’s
individual and corporate tax clients. Victor is a licensed CPA in the USA.
Joan Chen
Partner
Joan holds a Bachelors Degree in Journalism Masters Degree in Accounting. She is the head of the Firm’s operations in the
Los Angeles office. She leads a team that provides auditing, review, and tax planning and compliance services. A CPA
licensed in the USA, she is a member of AICPA and the California Society of CPAs. Joan is also a licensed Enrolled Agent
of the Internal Revenue Services (“IRS”).
Nora Wong
Partner
Nora graduated from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Chinese. She serves
audit, assurance, and tax clients. She oversees all of the Firm’s administrative functions including compliance with
regulators. Nora is a licensed CPA in the USA and Hong Kong.
Sam Lee
Partner
Sam is the leader of our SME practice, serving clients in Hong Kong, China, Europe and the United States. He has vast
experience in auditing, bookkeeping, company secretarial, accounting advisory and corporate services for SME clients
around the world. Sam is a member of HKIPCA and ACCA.
Desmond Lai
Partner
Desmond is the leader of management consulting services. He has over 20 years of Big 4 experience serving clients on
auditing and management consulting projects across various sectors in Hong Kong, China, London and Asia Pacific region.
He specializes in operational effectiveness and large-scale finance transformation exercises. Prior to joining the Firm, he
was Chief Financial Officer of a digital media platform. He is a fellow member of CPA Australia and a member of HKICPA.
Ronald Wong
Partner
Ronald graduated from New York University – Stern School of Business. He has over 20 years of experience in accounting
and finance. His career includes management positions with Salesforce, Google, Wells Fargo Bank, and McKesson. He is
an expert in internal controls, SOX consulting and system implementations. He is responsible for oversight of the Firms’
quality control system and processes. He is a licensed CPA in the USA.
