Samuel H. Wong, CPA, is the founder of the firm and has over 30 years of public accounting experience in a variety of industries. Samuel graduated from the London H. Foulks Lynch College with major in Accounting and completed his graduate degree in Management from University of Hong Kong in 1971. Before starting the practice, Samuel served KPMG as Manager for a great number of years and also had served as Financial Controller of BNP Paribas Bank, Financial Controller of the Stanford Hotel in San Francisco, USA, and Finance Manager of Hong Kong Jockey Club.
Samuel assumes the role of engagement partner of audit assignments of both public and private companies, and non-profit organizations. Samuel also undertakes Tax Planning and Compliance work. Recently, Samuel performs SOX Section 404 Internal Control assignments and PRC audits for Reverse-Mergers to become publicly listed in the OTCBB and main board such as NADSAQ and American Stock Exchange (AMEX).

Elaine Wong, CPA, is a co-founder of the firm and has over 30 years of public accounting experience. Elaine graduated from California State University at Hayward with majors in accounting and international marketing. Elaine had served as financial manager for companies in energy, pharmaceutical, and construction industries. Elaine had assumed the role of engagement partner and concurring partner for public and private companies, government audits and non-profit organizations. In addition, Elaine had served as Training Instructor for Chinese Certified Public Accountants – Cost Accounting Program of Lincoln University in San Francisco and accumulated proficient experience in training certified public accountants and finance managers.
Elaine undertakes corporate financial planning, capital sourcing and training of accountants from People’s Republic of China. Recently, Elaine performs SOX Section 404 Internal Control assignments and PRC audits for Reverse-Mergers to become publicly listed in the OTCBB and main board such as NASDAQ and American Stock Exchange (AMEX).

Patrick is the Managing Partner of the firm. He joined the firm in 2004 as a partner and is specialised in auditing, IPOs and cross-boarder capital market transactions for companies in the United States and China. Patrick was the Chief Financial Officer of a technology company listed in the United States, and he held various senior roles in finance and sales with technology companies and a bank. He is a Chartered Accountant of Canada, and Certified Public Accountant of the United States, Hong Kong and Australia.
Pasco was admitted Partner of the firm in 2018. He specializes in capital market and M&A transactions in China and the United States, and from that, he holds very strong relationships with private equity firms, investment banks and regulatory bodies. Pasco has a diversity of experience from his Chief Financial Officer roles with two companies in Shenzhen and Huizhou, with one of them being a SEC registrant. He is also very experienced in US financial reporting requirements and internal control processes. He is a member of the California Society of CPAs.
Nora Wong is a Partner of the firm since 2016 . Nora serves clients across many industries and sectors including financial services, construction, manufacturing, and non-profit organisations focusing on assurance and transaction advisory services, especially for companies with operations in China. Nora graduated from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Chinese. Nora is a member of AICPA, CGMA and HKICPA.
Brian is a Partner who joined the firm in 2012 and has 8 years of experience providing audit, financial due diligence, M&A, and restructuring services to clients, especially IPO projects and clients listed on the SEC in the United States. He is very experienced with PCAOB requirements and in liaising with SEC and regulatory bodies in the United States and Hong Kong. Brian is a member of AICPA and HKICPA.
