In 2020, the Firm worked with IT Tech Packaging, Inc (“ITP”) and its underwriter, Maxim Group LLC to directly issue new registered common stock in the public markets to certain accredited investors to raise capital for its growth and expansion. The Firm issued a comfort letter to the underwriter as a closing condition of the transaction.
