The Firm has been the registered independent accountant for KBS Fashion Group, Inc. (“KBSF”) since 2016. KBSF’s operating businesses became public entities through a merger with a Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation. KBSF reports as foreign issuer and prepares its financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”). The Firm must annually opine on the financial statement being prepared in accordance to IFRS.
