The Firm acted as registered independent accountant for the Planet Green Holding, Corp (“PLAG”) since 2007. The Firm aided in PLAG in an Alternative Public Offering (“APO”)
which is the concurrent reverse acquisition into publicly listed shell company on the OTC Markets and raising of additional growth capital by issuing additional shares in the public capital markets. The Firm also assisted in the application and the up-listing process from the OTC Markets to the NYSE Mkt.
