The Firm issued the audit reports and consent letters as part of the LYL’s Form F-1 Registration Statements in its initial public offering (“IPO”) and listing on NASDAQ capital markets in 2016. The Firm also issued a comfort letter to the LYL’s underwriters Network 1 Financial Securities Inc. and Boustead Securities, LLC as part of the fundraising in connection to their IPO.
