The Firm has been the independent auditor for Miniso Hong Kong Limited(“Miniso HK”) since 2018. Miniso is a globally recognized branded lifestyle retailer with franchisees all over the world. Miniso HK is the primary subsidiary that transacts substantially all the wholesale and distribution of products for overseas franchisees outside of China. The Firm is charged with auditing the financial statements of Miniso HK to meet the tax and regulatory compliance requirement of the Hong Kong government.
